Hi! I’m Susan. I moved to the Isle of Bute in 2017, having visited often with my girls - back when they were still just wee potatoes.
Bute has always felt quite magical to me. Now, as a granny, (ahem ...Mimi), I wanted to share some of that magic by creating stories to tie in with our island adventures!
I hope these books will spark a little curiosity in young readers - and maybe even inspire them to search for a Bubble Buckie at Kilchattan Bay, or explore Moss Wood for a moochy mole! You never know what you might find ...
